JPS working to restore power in seven parishes

The Jamaica Public Service (JPS) says ‎its teams are continuing to work to restore power to customers in seven parishes.

The power outages are associated with the weather conditions over the past few days. 

JPS says its crews worked up to 11 p.m. yesterday despite continuing rain, inaccessible locations and land slippages. 

It says Clarendon continues to pose particular challenges because of problems accessing some areas.

The communities affected by weather-related power outages include:
