Gaming enthusiasts will be able to unlock even more fun as Buzzers prepares to open its newly expanded facility. The locally owned, family entertainment complex is a Portmore-based company which is described as the ultimate family entertainment destination, serving thousands of Jamaicans with the latest in arcade, console and simulation games.

Relocating to 18,000 square-feet of space just above their current location, Buzzers will now be able to accommodate a larger food court, more gaming areas, 5D and 7D simulators, a toddler play zone and Jamaica's first indoor laser tag arena. The Buzzers team anticipates that the new development will attract approximately 8,000 patrons monthly.

Their expansion efforts have been recognised by manufacturing and distributing giant, WISYNCO Group Limited, which has partnered with Buzzers during its time of growth.

"We see tremendous potential in Buzzers. From their inception in 2015, they have grown to become a household name, and we know that they will continue to have even greater success," said Shelly-Ann Dunkley, environment communication officer at WISYNCO.

WISYNCO and Buzzers hope to expand their partnership even more in 2018 through the Buzzers Honour Roll Programme. The programme will incentivise the GSAT performance of the top male and female students in the municipality and surrounding areas. These students will be rewarded with all-expense-paid passes to the Buzzers Fun Day.

"WISYNCO is all for fostering the development of Jamaica's youth. We believe that rewarding hard-working students will encourage them to continue on their path of excellence," Dunkley said.

Buzzers will be incorporating the WISYNCO brands by also offering back-to-school scholarships to the children of struggling families. According to Dena Jenkins, marketing assistant at Buzzers, the gaming entity will be able to activate this with the assistance of Corporate Jamaica.

"We would like to make even more of an impact by helping these students and their families with back-to-school preparations. As soon as the scholarship portion kickstarts, WISYNCO will surely expand the partnership and support the cause," Jenkins said.
