Jamaica’s Prime Minister Andrew Holness says he wants to see Usain Bolt take on the role of a youth ambassador.

Holness says he also wants to see the three-time Olympic champion take on the role of a global ambassador for the sport.

However, he says Bolt must be given time and space to make the best decisions for himself and his family.

The Prime Minister says his administration is prepared to celebrate Bolt’s achievements, but will allow the athlete to determine the timetable for that.
