Canadian mining company completes copper, gold exploration in St Catherine
Canadian mining company Carube Copper Corporation is reporting that it has completed a drilling exercise for copper and gold in Bellas Gate, St Catherine.
In a statement, Carube Copper says the project focused on 1,900 metres.
The company says tests to determine the ingredients and quality of samples collected are under way and are expected to be available by early October.
It says a follow-up drilling at Bellas Gate will be planned once all results have been received.
Carube Copper says its copper and gold exploration programme is continuing with drill target generation at its Main Ridge Project and reconnaissance level mapping and sampling at its five other project areas.
