Director of Elections Orrette Fisher says the forecast inclement weather today will pose some challenges for the by-election in St Mary South East.

Speaking with The Gleaner/ Power 106 News Centre last night,  Fisher said the Electoral Office of Jamaica is fully prepared and all systems are in place for the elections.

However, he was concerned rain could affect some polling stations in South East St Mary.

Unlike in South East St Mary, the Director of Elections is expecting a smooth flow for his team in St Andrew South and South West.
