The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising motorists travelling along the North Coast Highway in the vicinity of Martin’s Primary School in Martins, St Mary, to proceed with caution as a hole has developed in the middle of the roadway.

The NWA Communications Manager, Stephen Shaw, says an assessment has been done and estimates submitted to undertake the necessary repairs.

He says the section of the roadway remains open to vehicular traffic as it is still safe for motorists to traverse the area provided that they do so with due care.
