A group of young Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) supporters at its74th Annual Conference at the National Arena in Kingston say the economy is on the right path and have praised party leader Andrew Holness for his stewardship.
"We doing really well. I am a young person but I understand what's happening," said one young woman, who gave her name as Sasha.
She was among a group of nine females donning caps emblazoned with Holness' name on the front.
She said the improvement is felt and it's all down to Holness' leadership.
"He is our leader, Jamaica's best hope, and with him the government is doing what they say they would. What more can we ask for?"
Another JLP supporter, Michelle also expressed confidence in her leader.
"Shower fi life and a Andrew wi seh. PNP a go stay cold pon ice as long as Andrew leading the JLP."
