The National Works Agency (NWA) is to host a stakeholders’ meeting this afternoon on the Constant Spring Road Improvement, St Andrew.

It’s scheduled for the Speid Auditorium at Merl Grove High School, starting at 5:30.

The NWA notes that Constant Spring Road is a major thoroughfare leading into the main commercial hub of the city.

It says the corridor will be improved to accommodate four lanes of traffic, including new traffic management solutions and improved pedestrian facilities.

The NWA is to have a similar meeting tomorrow at 6 o’clock at the Mount Shiloh Church of the Nazarene,in Lindos Hill, Westmoreland.

That meeting is to discuss plans to rehabilitate the Ferris to Mackfield corridor in Westmoreland.

The project will be executed through the Major Infrastructure Development Programme.
