Advertorial:
Edinburgh Napier University, a UK government-accredited and internationally recognised educational institution, is ready to take on new students for the new year. The university, which is ranked No. 1 in the UK for ‘value-added’ [courses] and was awarded a maximum five stars for teaching, employability and internationalisation in the QS World University Rankings 2017, offers world-class MBAs in a variety of programmes.

These include banking, entrepreneurship, events management, finance, health management, hospitality and tourism management, as well as human resource management, leadership and innovation,  logistics and supply chain management, marketing and sales management, project management and IS strategy and governance.

Each programme can be completed in a minimum of 18 months, or can be extended up to a maximum of four years. Students also have the option of ‘topping up’ their Edinburgh Napier MBA to an MSc in Business Management – earning an accredited and internationally recognised MBA and MSc in just 24 months. Each course contains seven innovative modules and a project. Core modules include Leading Strategic Decision Making and Building High Performing Organisations – topics that are relevant to the issues industries face in a realistic, modern-day work environment.

More recent programme introductions include a BSc in Nursing Studies (top-up for registered nurses), MSc in Health and Social Care, MSc in Construction Project Management, BA in Sales Management, BA in Business Management, and Doctorate of Business Administration, among others.

Edinburgh Napier University also offers flexible entry for applicants who do not have a Bachelor’s degree. If the aspiring student has sufficient work/supervisory experience, he/she will be considered for admission. The cost of each MBA programme is US$10,000, with flexible payment plan options. Students who enroll for the January 2018 intake (on payment of five or more modules) will receive a free Apple iPad Mini 4, or five per cent bursary on full payment. There are normally three student intakes per year – January, May and September.

Edinburgh Napier University currently has an enrolment of over 1,500 students throughout the Caribbean, taking courses that are offered 100% online. Assessment is conducted through quizzes and assignments. There are no formal exams, and all courses are delivered and supported by university professors.

Edinburgh also has a long-standing relationship as key education partner with Sandals Corporate University. Information on all programmes is available on www.seidegrees.com. Interested persons can also contact Southpoint Education International, the regional support office based in Florida.
