Debate Mate students at St Michael’s Primary excitedly showcase the $1,000,000 cheque just handed over by the Scotia Foundations Executive Directory, Joylene Griffiths (left). The money will allow them to continue to benefit from Debate Mate, a debating programme that teaches them critical thinking and conflict resolution through debating. Sharing the moment is Debate Mate representative Germaine Barrett (right).
