The Meteorological Service of Jamaica says a stationary front now affecting local weather condition is expected to slowly dissipate by the middle of the week.

Monday night and Tuesday morning should be mostly cloudy with lingering showers especially across sections of northern and south eastern parishes.

Meanwhile, on Tuesday afternoon, there will be widely scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly across sections of eastern, central and north western parishes.
