Wanted man held in Grange Hill

One of the five men listed by the police last month as the main crime producers is in custody this evening.

He is Davion Brown, otherwise called Baltie, of Grange Hill, in Westmoreland.

The police say Brown was held with an illegal firearm during an operation in Grange Hill yesterday.

Investigators say he is wanted for a murder that occurred along Great Georges Street in the parish in August.

According to investigators he is a person of interest in several crime committed in western Jamaica, including shooting at the police.

The other four men, Charles Hamilton, Ryan Peterkin, Kniko Walters and Shaneil Luton, remains on the run.
