St James Police release list of eight wanted persons
The St James police have compiled and released a new list of persons that they say are wanted for various crimes committed in the western parish.
A female is included among the eight persons police are urging to report to the nearest police station by mid-day tomorrow.
Leading the list are Christopher Boyd, otherwise called Plank, and Kiran Gowe who are believed to be connected with a killing and shooting that occurred near the Sangster International Airport on January 16.
Police reports say four men opened gunfire on a group of three men and a child at a car rental on Sunset Boulevard on January 16.
One of the three men was fatally shot. He was later identified as Desmond Clarke.
The child escaped unhurt.
Also included on the list are 21-year-old Tajay Dixon, of Grange Pen in Lilliput and the only female, Fiona Williams.
Both are wanted for shooting with intent in connection with an incident that occurred on February 2.
Forty two-year-old construction worker Christopher Taylor, from Green Heights Meadows is wanted in connection with a case of indecent assault.
A Tangle River farmer, 25-year-old Christopher Vassell, is wanted for questioning in relation to sexual assault.
Completing the list of wanted persons are Timoy and Leon Spence, both of Red Square in Tucker, St James.
They are wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a man on January 31.
The police say both wanted men were involved in a dispute with the deceased.
The persons listed are being urged to surrender in the company of their attorney, relative, member of the clergy or a Justice of the Peace.
