Floyd Green, Minister of State in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information joined by Michael Lee Chin, chairman NCB Financial Group and Senator Pearnel Charles Jr., Minister of State in the Ministry of National Security look admiringly at some art pieces created by the dynamic group of ladies who reside at the South Camp Juvenile Remand and Correctional Centre for Girls in Kingston. Being one of four residential facilities, offering discipline and rehabilitation through vocational, employability, behavioural and academic skills training, the centre recently was gifted a new washing machine by the N.C.B Foundation.
