Three women die in St Mary night club fire

Three women were burnt to death in a fire that destroyed the Bad Fowl night club in St Mary early this morning.

The police have confirmed the incident but said the identities have not yet been ascertained.

The women are believed to have been employed to the club, located in Trinity district.

It is reported that the bodies were found shortly after 5 a.m Thursday after fire fighters extinguished the blaze.

The cause of the fire is unknown.

However, the Corporate Communications Unit of the Jamaica Constabulary Force says the Fire Department has started an investigation.
