Corporate Hands | NCB Foundation participates in Read Across Jamaica Day

Chantol Myers, direct marketing specialist, NCB reads to students at the Pembroke Hall Primary School, one of the NCB Foundation (NCBF) 32 adopted schools. For the 15th staging of 'Read Across Jamaica' Day, NCBF partnered with the Book Industry Association of Jamaica in an effort to highlight local titles, authors and publishers. Among the authors reading and engaging the students were Tamara Hill, writer of Milo and Myra. Other authors including, Diane Browne, author of The Happiness Dress or Abigail's Glorious Hair, as well as the creative mind behind Bolo the Monkey, Jonathan Burke, joined NCBF directors Vernon James, Stuart Reid and Miguel 'Steppa' Williams and other NCB executives, staff and scholars.
