With a population of 50 students, the Red Hills Primary School in rural Clarendon was in need of a stove, having been operating with an appliance that only had one functional burner. The administration reached out to the NCB Foundation through the NCB Chapelton branch for assistance. The organisation stepped in to grant the school its wish, with representatives from the foundation earlier this month handing over an industrial gas stove, valued at $101,000, to the school’s canteen.
