Westmoreland teen gets three years probation on possession charge

A 16-year-old Westmoreland teen who pleaded guilty to possession of identity information was today ordered to serve three years probation.

Sentencing was handed down in the Westmoreland Circuit Court.

Meanwhile, three other co-accused, who also pleaded guilty to possession of identity information, were sentenced by the court yesterday.

Randy Richards and Lincoln Chaikim were fined $350,000 or three years imprisonment at hard labour and four years imprisonment at hard labour suspended for three years.

Odane Warren was fined $350,000 or two years imprisonment at hard labour and two years imprisonment at hard labour to run concurrently if fine not paid.
