NCB dismisses claim of fraud at Hughenden ABM
The National Commercial Bank (NCB) is dismissing a claim that its automated banking machine (ABM) at the Hughenden Pharmacy in St Andrew has been compromised.
NCB says it received reports concerning a voice note being circulated with the claim.
The bank says the matter was investigated, which showed that there are no issues or breaches with the ABM.
The financial institution assures that it continues to make significant investments in its ABM infrastructure to guard against fraudulent activity.
NCB is reminding customers to remain vigilant and take precaution in protecting their accounts against fraud and cybercrime.

* Observe for unusual devices at ABM locations
* Observe for unusual activities by POS sales agents
* Keep debit cards within line of sight at all times
* Make frequent checks of current & savings account balances & report anomalies
