Nestle Professional continues to mentor and develop young Jamaican chefs through its YOCUTA Programme. The five young chefs participated in an Iron Chef competition where each student was asked to exhibit their culinary skills and nutrition mastery as they prepared five dishes each with a special mystery ingredient from the Nestle portfolio.
