The UDC says the changes will facilitate the staging of Harbour Fest which is a family-friendly day of fun, entertainment, and booth exhibitions.

Motorists travelling from Waterlane to Lower Orange Street will travel east along Harbour Street then south along King Street then west onto Ocean Boulevard then onto Orange Street.

Persons accessing the vicinity of the Kingston Craft Market and Digicel Building will travel west along Port Royal Street then south at Princess Street or south onto Ocean Boulevard at the intersection with Port Royal Street.

Lower Princess Street, between Port Royal Street and Ocean Boulevard, has been temporarily converted into a two way street.

Harbour Fest will last from 11:00 am until 7:00pm and is part of the UDC’s 50th anniversary celebrations and is being staged in association with Digicel Jamaica.
