The Public Safety and Traffic Enforcement Branch is seeking to reassure the public that they will continue to be out in their numbers to provide support where needed in light of the new traffic changes in the Corporate Area.

“While the build-up of traffic is unavoidable at times, with the cooperation of motorists, the police aim to keep intersections clear, ensure a free flow of traffic and maintain security on our nation’s roadways,” the police said in a statement this morning.

The police are appealing to motorists to obey their instructions and stay on the prescribed routes as they continue to make commute easier.

They say traffic updates will be provided in a timely manner through media releases and on its social media platforms.

Motorists are also reminded to utilise the branch's tip line at 876-591-5671 to alert the police to traffic congestion.
