Shamera Sterling: (NETBALL)

Goal keeper Shamera Sterling had the tournament of her life in the 2018 Fast5 Netball World Series. The fan favourite was named Player of the Series for her intensity and energy throughout the tournament. The 23 year-old was outstanding all year long, being named MVP of England's Elite netball season, the 2018 Vitality Netball Superleague. She also had the most interceptions during the 2018 Commonwealth Games, as Jamaica's Sunshine Girls earned the bronze medal. She has been signed by the Adelaide Thunderbirds for the 2019 Super Netball season in Australia.


Ronald Levy (ATHLETICS)

Ronald Levy was the third fastest 110 meters hurdler of 2018, with a time of 13.12 seconds set in Ostrava in the Czech Republic on September 9, 2018, when he finished second in the IAAF Continental Cup. He was also third on the Diamond League points list with a win in Paris on June 30, with a time of 13.18 seconds. Levy, the Jamaica national champion, won the gold medal at the Commonwealth Games in 13.19 seconds.
