Two additional COVID-19 deaths, 68 new cases

Jamaica on Tuesday recorded two more COVID-19 deaths, pushing the tally to 331.

The deceased are a 48-year-old female of a St Mary address and a 58-year-old female from Kingston and St Andrew.

Meanwhile, one more fatality is being probed.

Meanwhile, there were 68 new cases with ages ranging from two to 76 years, pushing the total to 14,487 with 2,210 being active.

Of the new cases, 29 are males and 39 are females.

In the meantime, there were 34 more recoveries, increasing the total to 11,777.

Some 111 persons are in hospital with 14 being moderately ill and nine critically ill.
