THE GROUNDS of the Sunken Garden at Hope Botanic Gardens was transformed into the perfect playground for a holiday soirée by Pan-Jamaican Investment Trust Limited and Jamaica Property Company Limited.

The event started with a buffet chockful of a delectable spread by Lorraine Fung. Guests got to witness her on the grill flipping pork chops that had them salivating in anticipation.

The official proceedings began with Pan-Jamaican's Chairman Stephen Facey thanking his employees for their hard work and dedication to the company throughout the past year. Then it was time for everyone in attendance to let their hair down when the host for the night, Nadine Tarawali, got a few of the board members to do a few Jamaican dance moves. This had guests thoroughly entertained.

There was a small fashion show that gave audience not only a flashback to the styles of yesteryear, but styles from different countries. Models did their best to emulate the country they were representing, putting their own spin on it as they strutted the runway.

The company saved the best for last, as they had a small long-service awards ceremony for persons working for the company for 10 to 30 years. After the presentation, it was time to hit the dance floor. And that they did, partying the night away under the stars.
