Fun and Frolic with our Restaurant Week Ambassador - Kamila's water adventure
It was like a movie - lights, camera, action! Visitors watched as Kamila strut her gorgeous body by the pool taking directions from her photographer and videographer.
It was the making of Kamila's Water Adventures.
The natural light kissed her skin in all the right places, and her jovial and bubbly attitude radiated a positive vibe making everything 'irie'
Though she had snorkled before, it was her first time scuba diving, and sailing, but you couldn't tell as she was extremely excited and eager. At the diving shop, at Hotel Riu Palace Jamaica in Ocho Rios, she was greeted by Supervisor of Scuba Caribe Annemarie Heaven who sized her up as a small and helped her into her gear. Clearly, not as simple as the wardrobe changes she is accustomed to, Kamila had to get extra help to fit her goggles and fins.
Like a mermaid, Kamlia, graciously dived into the gentle waves and in a few minutes was joined by her guide Charles Barrett, in the domain of Dory and Nemo.
After they emerged, 'The Champ' as Barrett had dubbed her, was beaming ready to tell the tales of what she had seen. "It was amazing better than I had anticipated," she beamed revealing that at first she was a bit nervous (who would have known).
Next scene was snorkelling which was met with the same level of enthusiasm and, of course, was mastered by the champ. Being an island girl, she clearly loves the sea.
The day ended perfectly as she sailed off into the sunset. This for her was the most relaxing of her day's activities. Her next take, sailing into The Gleaner-sponsored Restaurant Week.
