Styleweek Jamaica 2017 Fashion Block brought out fashion lovers, creative designers and world-class models shutting down the capital's Hip Strip - Knutsford Boulevard in New Kingston.

Guests had some time to wait as the 8 o'clock event started a bit behind schedule. However, when the show started, the fashion helped patrons forget about the wait. There were 13 designers that served up several amazing designs from clothing to handbags and accessories.

Designers included Simone Gordon, RFS Collection, Sabrina Reynolds, Oshane Hinds, REVE Jewellery and Accessories, Andre Shirley, Kadian Nicely, Sharnakay Livingston, Neahlis, Karlene Nine Levy, Pebbles King, Tanya Cameron (Shades of Africa), and Coco Johnsen.

But the event of the night could not get on the road without the man of the night - Saint International CEO Dewight Peters, gracing the runway to speak of the stars of the brand that he has produced. These were the models who have graced international runways and magazines and procured from all corners of the island.

With the largest runway of its kind in Jamaica, the final night of the 13 year old event that is Styleweek was a show stopper. From passers-by who stood at the sidelines, to diplomats, past beauty queens and fashion lovers, it was a fashionable close to a stylish week. Here are some highlights.
