Nowhere did it say - 'and feast on the incredible talent of tenor Rory Frankson'. But the young Jamaican classical artiste had guests feasting on his every word as he added gusto to the Iberostar Grand Chef on Tour series.
The young scholar, who deserted the world of economics for the role of serenading audiences from all over the world, was the hot pick served up on Saturday night, June 17, and with his What A Wonderful World rendition, he hardly had to open his larynx to get the foodies who turned out, to eat their hearts out. He had them eating out of his hands.
Chef Mario Gonzalez was the star in the kitchen and Frankson the leading man at cocktails. The two combined their talents to perfect the five-course meal at the .Cornwall restaurant.
An elegant affair, the event attracted many of western Jamaica's who's who, in addition to a host of goodwill partners, including Caribbean Producers and Rainforest Seafoods.
Iberostar Managing Director Philipp Hofer was the usual debonair host, and his team did a fantastic job showcasing their skills in providing First-World service.
