Women's conference set to 'empower for development'
How can I figure out who I am when I'm so busy? Busy giving to others, busy listening to how others define me, busy being busy, aka, being woman? How can you get over past hurts and pain? How can you find the man of your dreams? How can you be a better parent? A better woman? How can you love all of you and forgive others who hurt you?
Come and get these answers at the LifeStyle Change conference, in association with GoInspired Jamaica and Eden Gardens on Saturday, January 24, at Eden Gardens Wellness Resort & Spa, 39 Lady Musgrave Road. Registration starts at 8 a.m. and the conference starts at 9. Admission $1,500; tertiary students $800.The conference will be powered by an expo where exhibitors will offer a wide range of products and services meaningful to women. All are welcome.
The Maybelline Teen Room will engage teen girls (13-18) in age-appropriate discussions to promote self-respect, build character, and teach life skills and Denyque, Debby Bissoon, NoMaddz, Sherone Simpson, Pepita, Yanique, Esco, I-Candy, Matthew, Cherine Anderson (ROC Foundation) & BU will lead the cause.
