As Jamaicans are beginning to embrace a healthier lifestyle, the recent trend of 5K fundraisers have become, for most corporate houses, a calendar event for participants and beneficiaries alike. On Tuesday, not one, but two, organisations launched their run. Add some pep to your step and support, on the relevant days, MoBay City Run and Guardian Group Keep It Alive 5K Night Run.
