Clean, Clear Skin Completes the Back to School Look
If you're an average teenager, 'back to school' means stepping out in your best swag. But what about your best skin? Self-confidence is important to everyone, and the appearance of our skin can affect how we feel about ourselves.
According to Clean and Clear skin expert Denise Patron, "Teens and young adults often suffer unnecessarily from skin conditions that can easily be cleared up using proper procedures."
The Clean and Clear team will be offering free skin analysis and advice in the Pechon Street, downtown Kingston, car park tomorrow Saturday, August 29, as part of a Back2School Buzz promotion hosted by Kirk Distributors Limited.
Visitors to the booth can speak with a reputable skin-care consultant, who will be able to use a skin-analysis machine to help them identify any skin condition and make recommendations. They will be shown the proper way to care for and cleanse the skin and how to use the various products.
The Back2School Buzz, which will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., will offer - in addition to skin-care advice - sampling, live cooking displays, free dental checks, free haircuts for boys under 15 years of age, as well as a host of deals and discounts in participating stores.
Product manager at Kirk Distributors, Tashana Davis, decided to partner with its brands and customers to give shoppers a break in these hard times.
"The main objective of this activity is to treat our downtown shoppers as they gear up for the new school year. We know times are hard and some parents are having an extremely difficult time with back-to-school preparations. As such, we want to assist as best as possible while offering special deals and discounts via our customers in the area," she said.
