The evening kicked off with cocktails and friendly chatters as patrons moved around and celebrated the milestone. Afterwards, the Honorary Consul to the Republic of Latvia in Jamaica Robert Scott took to the stage to share Latvia's history and partnership with Jamaica.

The occasion celebrated the continuation of the series and sport that utilises skill, judgement and teamwork. It also celebrates the coming together of the partnership between Jamaica and Latvia.

With a number of awards to be presented, Scott announced the top participants who did excellently at the sport. Receiving first-place award for the Cruisers category was the jazz boat that consisted of Victoria Thwaites, Richard Jackson and Robert Miller. Stefan Morris took first place for double rowing, and Otis Harvey won first place for the rowing adult male single category.

The evening ended with congratulations and hors d'oeuvres.
