The Jamaica Youth Empowerment through Culture Arts and Nationalism (JAYECAN) will be the beneficiary of all the proceeds from the Tribal Luminart Fest, put on by the Producing Culture class at the University of the West Indies Mona campus at the Mona Hockey field.
