CEO of itelbpo Smart Solutions Yoni Epstein and his wife, Lisa Lake, were the perfect hosts as they welcomed guests to their newly built 70,000 square-foot call centre. Guests included members of the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MBCCI) and the region's business leaders for the Expo 2017 Industry Showcase.

The promotional event is a lead-up to MBCCI Yello Expo 2017, Western Jamaica's premiere trade show, which will be held from October 13 to 15 at the Montego Bay Convention Centre in the tourist capital, and served as the perfect opportunity to showcase Jamaica's thriving BPO sector and its supporting industries.

Itelbpo is a leading provider of business process and contact centre management to some of the world's largest Fortune 500 companies, with operations in Montego Bay, Kingston, and The Bahamas.
