According to Krystal Chong, "action is where the magic happens," and there was a lot of magic at the launch of her Krystal TV on Tuesday night at Opa Greek Restaurant, Devon House, St Andrew.

Friends and well-wishers turned out in large numbers to support Chong. Ever since the launch of her book, What the hell am I supposed to do with my life? Chong wanted to do more to help others find their path. That was how the idea of Krystal TV came about. She wanted to go further in helping others remove the mental roadblocks that are preventing them from achieving their goals. The Krystal TV show is a five-minute TV show geared towards helping individuals push past these blocks.

Guests at the launch were asked to participate in a few self-building exercises to discover their ideal self and achieve their ultimate goals.

Two episodes of her first programme 'Three ways to ...', were shown. One was created specifically for the launch and focused on three ways to power up your life and live your dreams. The one-time-only episode was titled 'Three ways to do that s*** you're scared of doing'. The three steps include making an announcement, having a safety net, and asking yourself what would happen if you do not do these things. Chong shared her own turmoil tackling these steps. She explained how making an announcement forced her to keep her promise to start the channel, as well as her fears of what was preventing her from quitting her marketing job at the family-owned business, and then the deeper fear of living an unfulfilled life.

She showed guests what would be her first official episode that was launched on Wednesday - 'Three ways to get your life on track.' It was another fun, informative episode that had guests doing a bit of soul-searching while being overcomed with laughter as Chong's down-to-earth and vivacious personality came right through the screen and into their hearts.
