'She's Mercedes' was the perfect event for women, by women. On Tuesday, Jamaica became the second Caribbean country to host the event that takes place all over the world.

Started in 2015, She's Mercedes is a platform dedicated to inspiring, connecting, and empowering women to unleash their best.

The beautiful showroom of Silverstar Motors was transformed by the sister duo from New levels Decor - Selena and Syreeta Hammond; sound and lighting by Starlight Production spearheaded by Lisa Spence; a delicious three-course meal, courtesy of Tooksie Kay Catering's Alexa Von Strolley. The swag bags were specially put together for the women in attendance, boasted pieces from Tracey Gutzmore of Gutzmore Concepts; Dew Angel by Melanie Schwapp; Cosmetic pouch by Toppinz Design's Sherri-Ann Toppin; and nail polish by Annabel Glaze.

With a panel of inspiration women that included Melanie Schwapp; Audrey Hinchcliffe; engaging brand expert Flavilla Fongang from the UK; Annette Cecile Watson, former banker and serial entrepreneur, it was an evening ripe with possibilities. They shared some of their struggles and sacrifices, while the audience was allowed to ask questions and share their thoughts. The prevailing theme throughout the night was that with women lifting each other up, there is nothing they can't achieve.

It was the perfect way to spend a Tuesday evening as women to 'be inspired' and 'feel inspiration'.
