The best of the best was on show last Saturday at the Tourism Service Excellence Awards. It was a night of high fashion and great conversation staged by the Ministry of Tourism at the Montego Bay Convention Centre. Honourees were praised by Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett for being great examples.
