1. While heavy tints are illegal on public passenger vehicles, the state-owned JUTC buses are allowed to be totally covered by advertising. In some cases it is impossible to see the interior of the buses. Isn't that the reason for removing the heavy tint? A bit of preferential treatment for the State by the State.

2. There was a time when the change of command in the Jamaica Constabulary Force was an occasion attended by pomp and ceremony. Well, today the ceremony takes place in an office where the person conducting the ceremony is a subordinate!

3. The after Champs party needs a rethink. Entertainers are inviting school girls to 'wine' on school boys. And the lyrics!
