The Ellen Noel Art Museum in Odessa, Texas, launched its ‘Betrothed 250 Years of Wedding Fashion’ exhibition on Wednesday. The collection comes from Steven Porterfield, a textile appraiser for Antiques Roadshow and native of Midland, in the state, who has been collecting wedding fashion for over 30 years. The exhibition will be on display at the official Smithsonian affiliate until March 7, 2021. Something Extra brings you the highlights.
