Jamaica’s Sunshine Girls captain Nicole Aiken-Pinnock says the women have been working very hard in training to improve their ball handling skills ahead of their three-Test series against England.

Aiken-Pinnock says they have also been working on a number of set plays in mid-court and defence ahead of the highly-anticipated series against the English girls.

The series is set to begin on Saturday at the National Indoor Sports Centre.

The second match will be a day later while the final game is set for January 13.

The England series will be Jamaica's only warm up against a country ranked higher than them heading into next year's World Championship.

The Sunshine Girls are ranked fourth in the world, one place below their English counterparts.
