Jaguars beat Ja Franchise in Super50 semi

Guyana Jaguars defeated Jamaica Franchise by six wickets at Queen's Park Oval, Trinidad and Tobago, last night to advance to Sunday's final of the regional NAGICO Super50 cricket competition.

Final scores: Jamaica 188 for nine in 50 overs (Horace Miller 64, Nkrumah Bonner 24 and John Campbell 21; Devendra Bishoo three for 33, Veerasammy Permaul three for 38).

Guyana Jaguars 189 for four in 48.1 overs (Shiv Chanderpaul 98 not out, Royston Crandon 45 not out; John Campbell three for 20).

Combined Colleges Marooners will meet Trinidad and Tobago Red Force in the second semi-final at the same venue today.
