FOOTBALL: Montego Bay United held to 1-1 draw by Sporting Central

Title holders Montego Bay United came from behind to play out a 1-1 draw against Sporting Central Academy, in their Red Stripe Premier League Game, at Juici Patties Park, in Clarendon, yesterday.

Fabien McCarthy scored for Montego Bay United from the penalty spot after Allan Ottey was fouled in the danger area.

In other results, Waterhouse were beaten 2-1 by bottom-placed team Barbican at the Drewsland Mini Stadium.

Schoolboy Bebeto McDonald and Ramone McGregory both scored for Barbican, while Damarley Samuels netted the lone goal for Waterhouse.

At the harbor View Mini Stadium, Host Harbour View suffered their second consecutive defeat going down 3-1 to Humble Lions.

Kemeil Wolf with two goals and Ricardo Cousins with one goal scored for Humble Lions.
