Fire recorded their third straight victory in the Trelawny FA National Rums Division One competition, with a 6-3 win over the Invaders yesterday.

Alton Manderson scored a hat-trick for Fire, who led 2-1 at halftime.

With the victory, Fire moved to the maximum nine points and remain at the top of the table, with Bunkers Hill on six points in second place.

They are followed by four teams all on three points, Rio Bueno, Martha Brae, Jackson Town and Daniel Town.

Invaders, who were scoring their first goals of the competition after being shut out in the previous two games, put up a good fight and came from behind three times before running out of steam.
