Co-hosts New Zealand qualified for the final of the ICC Cricket World Cup, when they defeated South Africa in an absorbing semi-final game at Eden Park, in New Zealand earlier this morning.
The Black Caps scored a nerve wracking four wicket win with one ball to spare under the duckworth Lewis Method.
Grant Elliott hit a six off the penultimate ball off fast bowler Dale Styen in the final over of the game.
South Africa batted first and made 281 for 5, from a revised 43 overs.
Faf du Plassis top scored with 82 and AB de Villiers made 65 not out.
Corey Anderson took 3 for 72.
New Zealand set a revised target of 298 runs from 43 got over the line at 299 for 6.
Morne Morkel grabbed 3 for 59 for South Africa.
