Jamaica to face El Salvador in Beach football

Jamaica's Beach Football team and hosts El Salvador will clash for top honours in Group A of the 2015 CONCACAF Beach Soccer Championship today.

The match is set to start at four o'clock.  

The Jamaicans secured a spot in the quarter-finals of the championships following a eight-five victory over Belize on Sunday.

Rohan Reid scored a brace for Jamaica, which brings his tally to six goals in the tournament thus far.

Captain Andre Reid, Phillip Peddie, Daemion Benjamin and Gregory Simpson were the other goal scorers for Jamaica. 

The only blemish for the Jamaican team was a red card to Simpson.

The quarter-finals are set to begin on Thursday.
