ASTON VILLA

VS EVERTON

FA Cup finalists Aston Villa have 32 points in the Barclays Premier League, six short of their previous points low, 38, in 2011-12 and last season. They have won just three home league games, one short of their all-time record low, set in 2011-12. Everton are unbeaten in six league games, winning five. It is their best unbeaten run for 12 months (when they won seven in a row).

LEICESTER CITY VS NEWCASTLE

Leicester's four-game winning streak was ended by champions-elect Chelsea on Wednesday when they lost 3-1 after taking the lead. The Foxes are still out of the relegation zone - having been five points adrift - and have three home games out of their last four, beginning against Newcastle, who have lost their last seven league games, their worst sequence for 38 years when they lost 10 in a row.

LIVERPOOL VS QPR

On Tuesday, Liverpool lost 1-0 at Hull; if they fail to score for a third successive game, it will be their longest run of games without a goal since February and March 2005. Indeed, Liverpool have 47 goals; after 34 games last season they had netted 93. Rangers, meanwhile, have lost six of their last seven league games and have lost 13 of their 16 away games while conceding 36 goals on the road, the worst record in the division.

SUNDERLAND VS SOUTHAMPTON

Sunderland are in the relegation zone after winning just one of their last 10 Barclays Premier League games, while Southampton are still hopeful of a place in Europe. And they will be expecting a win at Sunderland after winning 8-0 at home to the Black Cats in October. But their previous three meetings ended in draws.

SWANSEA CITY

VS STOKE CITY

Swansea have 50 points, their best ever points return in the Barclays Premier League and with four games remaining. Stoke, meanwhile, are one on the verge of their best points tally in the Premier League. So far they have 47 points, three short of equalling last season's best and four short of their best ever haul in the competition.

WEST HAM VS BURNLEY

West Ham have won just one of their last 12 games in the Barclays Premier League while Burnley are bottom after one win in 13. Indeed, the Clarets have gone 479 minutes without scoring while they have managed just one goal in eight games. In October, West Ham won 3-1 at Turf Moor.
