LIVERPOOL (4-1-4-1)

Chelsea confirmed their place as 2014-15 Barclays Premier League champions when they beat Crystal Palace 1-0 at Stamford Bridge last weekend. Now, they face a Liverpool side pushing for a top-four finish as they bid to finish this memorable season in some style.

With two home games remaining, Chelsea are bidding to remain unbeaten at home for the fifth time in the Premier League and first since the 2007-08 season.

Indeed, manager JosÈ Mourinho, in his second spell in charge at Stamford Bridge, has lost just one home-league game (against Sunderland last April) in 96 outings, winning an impressive 75 and drawing 20.

Currently on 69 goals in the league this season, Chelsea need seven more in their final three games to record their most in the Premier League since 2009-10 when they smashed in 103.
