Two teams who got off to a flying start in the Barclays Premier League last weekend meet at Upton Park, where West Ham United are unbeaten by Leicester City since August 2000. Since then, the Hammers have won four and drawn one of five subsequent meetings, including last season's 2-0 victory.
If either West Ham or Leicester are successful, it would be the first time, in the case of both teams, since the 1997-98 campaign that either have won their opening two games of a Premier League season.
Leicester are in second place in the Premier League, albeit with one game played. They actually went top, thanks to last weekend's impressive 4-2 win over Sunderland under new manager Claudio Ranieri, but Manchester City overtook them on Monday night. Following last season's strong finish, they have now won eight and drawn one of their last 10 Premier League games.
West Ham were shock 2-0 winners at title contenders Arsenal last Sunday and new boss Slaven Bilic should stick with an unchanged side, with 16-year-old Reece Oxford - the youngest player in Hammers' history - set to keep his place after such an impressive debut at the Emirates.
