World Champs Schedule - Friday
Salcia Slack will be the first Jamaican in action on today's opening of the IAAF World Championships in Beijing China, when she competes in the heptathlon.
Slack will first line up in the 100 metres hurdles at 8 p.m. before turning her attention to the women’s high jump of the Heptathlon at 9:20.
Danniel Thomas will line up in the qualification round for the women’s shot put at 9:10 p.m with her eye set on the final tomorrow.
