Fraser-Pryce to anchor 4X100m relay heat

The women's 4x100m relay heats get under way at 11:00pm Jamaica time with Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce on anchor

Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, the 100m gold medallist, will return to the track today as she anchors Jamaica's women's 4x100m relay team in the heats at the IAAF World Championships in Beijing, China.

Sherone Simpson, a finalist in the 200m, will get things going for the Jamaicans on the opening leg before passing to 100m finalist Natasha Morrison on the backstretch.

Kerron Stewart has been asked to run the third leg and will pass to Fraser-Pryce on anchor.

The women's 4x100m relay heats get under way at 11:00pm Jamaica time.

The Jamaicans will run out of lane six in heat one, where they will face the biggest challenge from Great Britain, Russia and Canada.
